Limited Lifetime Warranty

We proudly offer a limited lifetime warranty on all our wood products crafted with box joint joinery. We stand behind our craftsmanship and are confident that our boxes will endure the test of time.

What the Warranty Covers:

• Craftsmanship and Construction Defects: This includes issues such as loose joints or structural failures. If any craftsmanship-related defect occurs, we will repair or replace the product.
• Transit Damage: If your product arrives damaged, we will send a replacement, subject to the approval of a UPS/FedEx claim.

 

What the Warranty Does Not Cover:

• Abuse, misuse, or neglect of the product
• Damage from outdoor exposure
• Spills or water damage (products are designed for indoor use only)
• Scratches, normal wear and tear, or discoloration of moving parts from regular use
• Linings, watch pillows, hardware, glass, monogram plates (replacement of these items will incur an additional fee)
