Men's Watch Box Storage Box for 8 Watches with Drawer

Great customer service and communication throughout. Packaging and shipment was excellent. Very pleased with the quality and functionality; the ability (and willingness) to customize was a key deciding factor. Glass top (essential for my solar watches), upgraded hinges, base molding made it the perfect choice for me.

A few minor quibbles/observations which include: lingering lacquer odor (getting better); satin finish is nice but ideally the finish could have a little more depth, sheen and protection; drawer could operate a bit smoother, two hands are needed to initially open and fully close the drawer. Might deduct a half star for near perfection but these are relatively minor.

I struggled a bit with fitting various watches, especially bracelets on the watch pillows (which could be a bit softer material) until I realized that portions of the “stuffing” could be removed to help accommodate varying watches. Not super easy but nice!

That said, the craftsmanship is apparent and everything aligns and works well. Was concerned with the limited wood and finish options but the traditional wood and dark finish look great.

Will reiterate the great communication from Emma and the box is absolutely terrific. Well done and highly recommended.

The box I ordered is beautiful. I will say though you may want to get the additional hinge unless your box has a wall you can prop the lid open. Otherwise you’ll have to hold the lid to keep open or the lid flips all the way back for support. Just something I didn’t think about. The length in time in getting the box was a little too long and I had to reach out several times for updates and kept getting excuses as to why it was taking so long. I began reading reviews about how other people had to reach out many times and kept getting promises that weren’t fulfilled but it wasn’t until they asked for a refund did they seem to be able to get their purchases to them. So I had to do the same and all of a sudden the box was finished and getting ready to ship out. Plus it goes from Texas, down to Mexico, back up to Texas and sits there for 2-3 days (thanks UPS) and then makes it out to your address and the return address is for Mexico but the company’s address is in Texas near the border of Mexico. Anyways it took me two months to finally get my piece and even among my communication I spoke about how I wasn’t going to be in town and didn’t want to the box sitting on my porch for awhile the company made it to where I had to sign in order to receive the package. So are they robots? Idk but all in all the box looks great.

Great workmanship

Decent watch box. Have to run down customer service for order. Took over four weeks for delivery.

This is the second box I've bought. I love my box and so wanted to get one for my son-in-law for his birthday. I was starting to get nervous that it would not arrive in tie and reached out to Deferichs. They responded quickly and made sure that the box got to me in time. I highly recommend them!

My 8 count watch box is amazing, well crafted and met every expectation. I would purchase from these folks again. Thank you for the communication throughout and your dedication to customer satisfaction.

I ordered a watch box as a gift but was worried it wouldn't arrive in time as we were moving soon after it was supposed to arrive. When I saw that the box wasn't shipped a few days past their estimated ship date, I checked in with customer service to see what could be done. They rushed to get the job done and got my order out in time. The box is beautiful, my husband loved it, and it was very carefully packaged!

Really happy with the watch box. After ordering and sending back a bunch of mass produced junk from a certain site named after a river, I was really happy to with what I got. The drawer and lid are great, same with the pillows.

Received exactly what we ordered and my husband loves it! Beautifully crafted and well worth the money!

Really happy with it so far

Great build quality! Love the smell of handmade products. Price was great too.

I received a wonderful watchbox for Cristmas from my parents. It is very well constructed and looks beautiful. I really love going to my watchbox each morning and picking out the piece I’m going to wear.

Beautiful craftsmanship and attention to detail! The glass engraving was worth the extra cost. Very well packaged item, no defects or damage. My husband loves the box and will use it for many years to come. Thank you!
