The box I received was of very good quality, while the time between the order and having it shipped was very lengthy, the team did get back to me in a reasonable about of time when I questioned them on it. It seems like there was issues with the wood because supplier and the boxes needed to be re-done. But the team informed me they were working on resolving the issue and ensured that I would receive it within a given period. Overall, good service and box quality, but expect to wait a while to receive it.

This was a fantastic anniversary present for my husband. Something handcrafted to help dress his bachelor’s chest. The hardware and craftsmanship are top quality. There were delays to my order but the company was very responsive every time I reached out for a status update.

This is a gorgeous watch box. I bought one for my hubby and one for my daughter’s boyfriend. When i got them, there was a strong odor from the stain. Diminishes quickly. The craftsmanship is perfect the reused wood beautiful. A lot of space for a lot of watches. I have showed it to many friends and they have all agreed with my thoughts. I would by this again if i needed to, but this one will last a lifetime plus!! A beautiful gift and my husband now has all his watches in one box. Immediately filled it with all his keepsakes and gifts from me over the years. Thank You Deferichs very happy with the purchase.

I received my watch box from Deferichs after great help and input from Emma. I am more than pleased with it. There is absolutely no other place that you could purchase a product of this quality at this price. I highly recommend upgrading to the more exotic wood and buy the best hardware that is available. I have already placed two more orders since receiving my first one. I do believe that demand is high so please be patient on the turnaround time, but trust me it is totally worth it!!

Beautiful box I bought for my fiancé on our 5 year anniversary. I received it about a month after I received it (to keep in mind how long delivery takes). The craftsman ship is beautiful, the watch pillows are amazing, and the box gives you that wonderful wood smell. My only complaint is the lock feels very delicate, as though if I turn it a bit too hard or do not put the key in right it’ll break. Overall, beautiful gift.

Yes, I did receive my 10 capacity watch box that was made by Deferichs. It was designed in Ebony wood, with a secret compartment, a lock and key. I am still excited about my watch box.The craftsman ship is superb. I can’t believe how good it looks on my chest.

Excellent craftsmanship

After doing a ton of research, still not sure why you'd spend thousands when you can have something hand made for a fraction of the price. Great customization options, excellent quality and great customer service. Highly recommended.
