Superior craftsmanship
Finest watch box I have, (I have 3). Really well made. It would be super if they offered a black piano finish. Then I would have to buy 8 more watches. Customer service was excellent too.

Great customer service and communication throughout. Packaging and shipment was excellent. Very pleased with the quality and functionality; the ability (and willingness) to customize was a key deciding factor. Glass top (essential for my solar watches), upgraded hinges, base molding made it the perfect choice for me.
A few minor quibbles/observations which include: lingering lacquer odor (getting better); satin finish is nice but ideally the finish could have a little more depth, sheen and protection; drawer could operate a bit smoother, two hands are needed to initially open and fully close the drawer. Might deduct a half star for near perfection but these are relatively minor.
I struggled a bit with fitting various watches, especially bracelets on the watch pillows (which could be a bit softer material) until I realized that portions of the “stuffing” could be removed to help accommodate varying watches. Not super easy but nice!
That said, the craftsmanship is apparent and everything aligns and works well. Was concerned with the limited wood and finish options but the traditional wood and dark finish look great.
Will reiterate the great communication from Emma and the box is absolutely terrific. Well done and highly recommended.
